I named this project “THE ONE THAT ONE DAY WAS” its based on the actual location of the SS UNITED STATES in philadelphia, I have the hope that the ship gets restored and dónate the model for display purpose on the museum. I start the project in march/ 15 /2020 and finished in november/ 8 /2020 the ship itself its the old revell mold in 1/600 scale, I modify the kit adding new doors to the hull, opening the hull windows and using railing, the plástic ones where removed and the crow nest was modifyed to, the warehouse was designed by me and 3D printed by a friend, i donde a lot of scratch building for the AC units on the roof, terrain its simple pink foam, foam board, and balsa wood, I paint the pier with acrilics and the water with diferent green and blue washes over water color paper, then covering with gloss artist gels give the final touch.
