This is an old 1/32 Hasegawa Spitfire and my first attempt at building a steampunk model! I used the wheels, the nose and the tail of an F1 toy car, as well as some parts of an old Airfix Bentley Blower race car. The whole build took me about 1 and a half year on and off. It was also my first – rather unssuccessful – attempt at printing my own decals. I really enjoyed it, since I had to use my imagination rather than stick to FS or RLM colours.
