1/72 Sd.Kfz. 9 FAMO Primed with gray acrylic. Masked with regular tape. Some testing underneath with left overs. Then base coat with German Gray. For the truck’s chassis used acrylic paints and enamel oil wash. Running gear is placed, rubber parts painted with basalt gray + black. The same thing applies to tracks. Tires painted and weathered. Underneath the chassis applied dried mud. Tracks have rust stains from enamel dark and light rust. Followed some detail painting. A gloss varnish applied, then the decals. Decals sealed with gloss varnish using a brush. Then an excess weathering took place. Enamel washes for panel lines, streaking grime, enamel and acrylic rust chips, enamel rust streaks and stains. Pigments applied to give a more dirty look combined with enamel dirt and mud effects, some applied with brush while some others was splattered.
