It’s the ‘Magnifier/trumpeter’ 1/12 scale 1966 MK2 GT40. Project name ‘GT40 1’, .It is my first 12 scale build. I have only used rattle cans as I don’t have an airbrush. Most of car is hand painted using vallejo and tamiya paints. All chrome parts except wheel covers have been stripped and re-painted. Hand painted red markings on bonnet. So far I have been working on it for 50 hrs +. I have been making models for 30+ years and now mainly do GT cars in 1/24, and occasionally 1/35 military vehicles.
