This is M Razali Ahmad’s original Scratchbuilt Egg-Scale of the US NAVY’s Jet-Trainer Boeing T-45 GOSHAWK. The T-45 Goshawk is a highly modified version of the British BAE Systems Hawk land-based training jet aircraft Manufactured by McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) and British Aerospace (now BAE Systems), the T-45 is used by the United States Navy as an aircraft carrier-capable trainer.
This Egg-Scale construction started the project by making the Balsawood wooden forms for all the parts – Wings , fuselage and tailplanes. Then I used the Tamiya Plaplate Plastic sheets to be heated and stretched over the wooden mold. This is necessary to make the “shells” of the copied pattern. The landing gear wheels were from scrap box. This model take about 2 weeks to complete this , doing bit by bit on available time daily.
